What is the MOQ?

Powder metallurgy has tooling cost — typical MOQ is 1000-3000 pieces. Existing tooling allows smaller batches.

MIM vs conventional PM?

MIM suits very complex small parts with high material utilization and surface finish. Conventional PM suits simpler medium-small parts at lower cost.

What density can be achieved?

Standard pressing 6.8-7.2 g/cm³; with re-pressing up to 7.4 g/cm³ (near forging density). MIM can exceed 7.6 g/cm³.

Do PM parts need oil impregnation?

Self-lubricating bearings (such as copper-based) are typically oil-impregnated. Gears with service lubrication usually are not — we recommend per working conditions.
