Both. Cast for high-volume (cost-effective); CNC from billet for low-volume. We can coordinate casting suppliers, but all finishing happens in-house.

Yes — cast iron/steel parts require natural or artificial aging after roughing, with X-ray or vibration aging testing before finish machining.

How are deep internal cavities cleaned?

All oil ports and seal cavities are high-pressure washed and air-blown before assembly, ensuring no chip residue.

Can you do pressure / leak testing?

Yes — hydraulic valve and pump bodies support 1.5× working-pressure hydrostatic testing for 5-30 min, with test reports.
