By visiting botrusttech.com or using services provided by Zhuhai Botrust Technology Co., Ltd ("Botrust", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using this website and our services immediately.
These Terms govern all rights and obligations between you and Zhuhai Botrust Technology Co., Ltd arising from your use of this website or services.

3. Scope of Services
We provide the following B2B export machining services:
- CNC milling, turning, turn-milling composite, five-axis machining
- Powder metallurgy (MIM / PM) forming
- Sheet metal stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding
- Die casting (aluminum / zinc), injection molding (PEEK / POM / PA66)
- Specialty processes: wire EDM, sinking EDM, precision grinding
- Surface finishes: anodizing, electroplating, Dacromet, powder coating
- Export packaging: IPPC fumigation-free packaging
- Logistics arrangement: sea / air freight (DDP / FOB)
4. RFQ & Quotations
RFQ turnaround: Initial quotation typically provided within 24 hours of receiving complete drawings (STEP / DWG / PDF).
Quotation validity: Unless otherwise agreed, written quotations are valid for 30 days.
Quotation includes: material costs, machining costs, surface finish costs (if applicable), factory inspection fees.
Quotation excludes: sea / air freight charges (if we arrange on your behalf), import duties, VAT, insurance.
Engineering fees, tooling fees, and MOQs for sample orders vs. batch orders are agreed separately.
5. Orders & Contracts
A customer's written confirmation of a quotation (including signed / stamped PO) constitutes a valid contract.
Changes after contract生效 require mutual written consent and may incur additional charges.
Order cancellation: If cancelled after contract生效, incurred costs (material procurement, engineering preparation) are settled at actual cost.
Sample stage cancellation: If molds have been opened or custom materials purchased, one-time fees apply (quoted at actual cost).
6. Payment Terms
Default payment terms:
- Sample orders: 100% prepaid (for orders ≤ USD 1,000)
- Small batch orders: 50% prepaid + 50% before shipment
- Annual partnership / key accounts: 30% prepaid + 70% against bill of lading copy (O/A 30 / 60 / 90 negotiable)
- Payment methods: T/T bank transfer (preferred); Letter of Credit L/C (large orders)
- Currency: USD / EUR / CNY available
- Invoicing: Proforma Invoice (PI) issued as payment basis; Commercial Invoice (CI) provided with shipment
7. Delivery & Logistics
Default trade term: FOB major Chinese ports (Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Shanghai / Ningbo).
DDP (door-to-door tax-included) or CIF (insurance-included sea freight) also available.
Sea freight transit: Europe / West Coast USA ~30 days, Southeast Asia 12-18 days.
Air freight transit: 3-5 business days to major airports worldwide.
Delivery time is calculated from contract confirmation + receipt of deposit.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, customs delays).
8. Quality & Inspection
We follow a three-inspection process: incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and outgoing inspection, with inspection reports (CMM / caliper / surface roughness, etc.).
Material certificates (MTC) provided upon request.
Customer acceptance: Written feedback on acceptance within 14 days of receipt; failure to respond constitutes acceptance.
If defect rate exceeds contractual agreement, handled as non-conformance: replacement, refund, discount, or rework — negotiated between parties.
9. Warranty & Liability
Warranty period: 12 months from customer acceptance date.
Warranty coverage: Part failures caused by material or process defects.
Exclusions: Parts worn due to improper use, modification, or operation outside specified conditions.
Our liability cap: Does not exceed the contract value of the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect losses (downtime, profit loss, goodwill damage, etc.).
10. Intellectual Property
Drawings, designs, specifications, and technical documents provided by customers remain the property of the customer. We use them solely for fulfilling orders and do not disclose to third parties.
If we design drawings / tooling on your behalf, intellectual property belongs to you.
Process descriptions, blog content, and videos displayed on this website are owned by Botrust and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission.
Botrust brand logo, product names, and trade names are protected under Anti-Unfair Competition Law.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of each other's trade secrets learned during cooperation (including customer drawings, pricing, technical specs, customer lists).
Confidentiality obligations survive 3 years after termination of cooperation.
Information required by law to be disclosed or already in the public domain is not subject to confidentiality.
12. Export Control & Compliance
Our products are primarily civilian mechanical parts and generally do not involve military or dual-use export controls.
Customer warranty: Designs / end uses provided do not violate export control regulations of their country or China.
Orders involving special materials (titanium alloys, nickel-based superalloys) or military background must be disclosed in writing in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate export control regulations.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for inability to perform obligations due to force majeure (earthquake, typhoon, flood, war, strike, pandemic, government restrictions, network outage).
The affected party must notify the other party in writing within 7 days and provide relevant documentation.
If force majeure persists beyond 90 days, either party may negotiate contract termination.
14. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
Disputes arising from these Terms or orders should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes are submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under its then-effective arbitration rules.
Arbitration venue: Zhuhai. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.
15. Website Use
All content on this website (text, images, design, code) is protected by copyright law.
You may browse and download content for internal evaluation; commercial redistribution or decompilation is prohibited.
Use of crawlers / scripts for high-frequency scraping is prohibited (Cloudflare Bot protection will automatically block).
Interfering with website operations (DoS, injection, uploading malicious files) is prohibited.
Impersonating Botrust to publish false information is prohibited.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date above.
Material changes will be communicated via the email you provided or through announcements on the website homepage.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
